Sunset Athletic Club’s Racquetball Program
Our director is dedicated to providing the best racquetball programming available. Sunset Athletic Club offers players nine regulation courts.
The facilities here allow you to enjoy recreational racquetball or train like the pros. Our programs provide play and instruction for all ages and all levels of play. We cater to the recreation minded player as well as those interested in tournaments, competition and skill development.
We want to integrate new members into the racquetball community at SAC by providing lessons, leagues and activities for them to learn the game and improve their skills.
Court Reservations Available To Racquetball Members
Racquetball and Tennis Members may reserve Racquetball Courts in 1-hour increments. Get all the details and reserve a time on your SAC MEMBER'S PORTAL.
Racquetball Activities include:
New Member Orientation - New members receive a free 30 minute orientation.
Leagues - Men’s and Women’s singles, doubles and mixed doubles for all skill levels.
Junior Program - for 6 to 14 year old’s - plus, High School Programs
Tournaments - In-house and USAR sanctioned tournaments
Challenge Courts - Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Socials - Mixers, inter-club challenges and more
Product Demonstrations and Clinics for adults and juniors
Racquetball Drop-In League

USAR/ORA Racquetball Tournaments
SAC boasts decades of history hosting seasonal tournament events such as the Turkey Shoot and Winter Blast. These all-ages and junior events have provided incredible memories for many years. Enter our next event and join in the fun and competition. All Divisions sanctioned by USA Racquetball and the Oregon Racquetball Association.

Junior Racquetball
Our popular Junior Racquetball program is directed by experienced coaches who also serve on the board for the Oregon Racquetball Association. We offer singles and doubles leagues, clinics and demos, as well as host tournaments. Ages range from 6 years through high-school age.
Lessons are available! We welcome players of all skill levels. Learn the rules, new shots, serves, strategy and drills to perfect your game. Game analysis is also available - we will critique your game and offer advice on where to improve.
Our High School teams practice from October through March and have enjoyed great success in the State and National tournaments. All the players enjoy learning, playing and participating in Junior tournaments.
Come enjoy our nine courts with all of your friends and family. Racquetball at SAC is all about having fun, staying fit and learning good sportsmanship.

Junior Racquetball Group Lessons
Our fun and energetic Group Racquetball Classes are for young athletes of all levels, ages 6 and up.
Learn the rules and develop skills, improve eye-hand coordination and footwork - all while learning a fun and active sport! Includes new eye guards for each camper to keep for future racquetball programs and play

Squash and Handball
Our facilities here allow you to enjoy recreational Squash and Handball or train like the pros. Our programs provide play and instruction for all ages and all levels of play. We cater to the recreation minded player as well as those interested in competition and skill development.
Two of our brightest and newest courts are available for Squash players! Ask for details on lessons and match play.
Sunset Athletic Club also co-hosted the World Handball Championship in 2009.
