With our latest expansion, SAC boasts 175,000 square feet of options for members 16+. This entirely new, custom facility is designed to allow serious athletes to push the limits of their fitness training. More details HERE
Gymnasium & Indoor Track
We proudly offer our Gym as a favorite spot for many activities. We have two full size, side-by-side courts with 6 basketball hoops. Our floor is NBA quality hardwood with two score boards just waiting for the next great game! So, join in (or perhaps you will just want to view from our bleachers), but don’t miss this favorite area of Sunset Athletic Club.
Our elevated Indoor Track is 1/16th of a mile per lap. It offers a pleasant walk or run while viewing down into our Gym or up to the Climbing Wall. You will enjoy the stretching area, located on the east side of the track, to warm up before you begin and/or cool down when you are done. Don't put off your walk or run because of the weather! The Track is always dry, pleasant and bright due to our large skylights and windows.

77Fitness Penthouse & Rooftop
The Penthouse is the top floor & rooftop of 77 Fitness located at 12429 NW Cornell Rd.
Fireside Banquet Room
The Fireside Banquet room is 1,600 sq. ft. with a capacity of 80 people seated, 120
standing. Option to use air wall, dividing room in half for smaller event.
Charter Board Room
The Board Room is a meeting space for smaller groups. 14 people can be seated around the
boardroom table, with 2 additional workspaces and lounge seating.
Pool Deck
Reserve a portion of our pool deck with seating for 24 people (max attendees) and 2
barbecues. Includes outdoor pool use for non-member guests.
Locker Rooms & Lockers
Our comfortable locker rooms provide members with many services, including: Jacuzzi and Saunas, State-of-the-art Tanning Systems, Showers and Lounge Area with Television.
We also offer Daily use and/or Monthly Locker Rentals. Rental lockers are (usually) available for $6.25 per month. Contact us for availability. The forms below are provided for your convenience. Please bring your completed form to the club office or a service desk.
Sustainability & Green Design
From the floors to the ceiling, the Sunset Athletic Club Gym is filled with eco-friendly modifications. Recycled paints cover the walls. Utilizing a local product from MetroPaint, a regional government program in Oregon that recycles leftover latex paint. Also, many of the floors are composed of recycled tire rubber.
Most of the gym is insulated with UltraTouch, a nontoxic and flame-retardant material made from recycled cotton denim and T-shirts. Light sensors overhead automatically turn the gym lights on and off based on the amount of sunlight streaming in from its large windows.
Our Aquatics Center water is purified by chlorine-free "salt-pure" system. In addition to dramatically improving the "feel" of the water. (No red eyes! No itchy skin!) it is has much less environmental impact than the use of chlorine.
Inc Magazine featured Sunset Athletic Club's Green Design expansion in the article “Green is the New Black”, in June 2005 by Dimitra Kessenides.
FitLife Club Network for SAC Members
The FitLife Club Network is an association of independently-owned health and fitness clubs in the Pacific Northwest. Our reciprocity program gives each club’s members the ability to use approximately 80 different clubs in Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming on a short-term basis while they are traveling.
